Sleep-A-weigh works but you have to be able to give it 3-6 months to get the best results But for an easy solution for weight loss and other benefits from Callogen that's not bad.

I haven't used this product long enough to tell if it helps with weight loss, but I can tell you that it puts me in a deep sleep for hours, and that has to be good!
