It helps me get to sleep every night! It also tastes pretty good! If I wake up after sleeping & I need to sleep more sometimes the Melatonin doesn't help me sleep again. Oh well. I still like it a lot and use it every night.

Disappointed
I bought this version of melatonin because I thought a sublingual liquid would work faster than a swallowed pill. Plus it would give me dose options - I frequently get restless at 2AM and really don't want to take a big dose at that hour because I will awake groggy. The liquid DOES seem to work faster than pills. The downside is you really have to drop the product into some water first. If you try to drop it directly into your mouth, it's likely to end up on your nighty if you're performing the operation in the dark. More importantly, it's WAY too sweet and has some very questionable ingredients. For my future melatonin needs, I'll probably opt for either a sublingual tablet, or time release tablet.

We really like this product!
We have tried many different melatonin brands and forms, pills, chewables, and other liquids and were so happy to find this version. The sublingual seem to work faster for us and it tastes great to boot. Swanson's has the best prices, especially if you can get it on sale.

I love this because it comes in a 4 oz. bottle, rather than just the 2 oz. size. It tastes great; it says "orange" flavored and it is! I oredered some other stuff, in an 8 oz. bottle last time, trying to get more and save more. Huge mistake!!!! Tasted awful, like a shot of bad whiskey. And it burned my throat too. Source Naturals liquid, orange flavored, melatonin is the way to go. It also had an easy dropper that measures the exact amount so you can take what you need/desire. Highly recommend!
