This versatile support can be used for knee spacing, leg elevation, travel, or as a positioning support. The Sleep Log Pillow can be used for resting or sleeping in a sitting position or while lying down. For use while sitting, simply place the narrow center of the pillow against your neck and allow the outer edges of the pillow to gently cradle the head and neck. For use while lying down, either place the pillow between your legs to help relieve pressure on joints and promote proper spinal alignment, or place pillow behind your head and neck while sleeping.
Convenient handles can be easily secured to your luggage or carry-on during travel. Use the handles along with included adjustable strap on a seat to hold pillow in place, or to help prevent the pillow from moving while sleeping. Just what I needed!
I’m very excited to have received this pillow support to try out! It has the perfect amount of support for my area of need. Very helpful that it has a zipper that if you need to remove some stuffing, you’re able to do so. I highly recommend getting one, there’s many ways to use it! If I were to improve on anything, it would be to add another zipper to the opposite end, otherwise it is just perfect!

Nice product but not for knee support when sleeping
This is such a well made product and I'm glad that I was picked to test it. Thankfully I do not need it for neck support. I was interested in it for sleep support under my legs/knees or between knees when sleeping. I am small/regular sized person but this is too small for under leg support - designed more for neck or small of back. It is also a bit stiff for under the legs. I need something that cradles me but with some support. I wish it did work for me but if I do need neck support I will have a solution! I do not recommend it for leg support but would for neck support.

Great product!
This pillow is wonderful. I have issues with my neck and I have been using it when I sit in the bed at night. I put it on top of my regular pillows and rest my head to watch tv. Today my neck is bothering me on the right side and I literally walking around the house with it between my neck and shoulder to give me some relief versus just hanging my head to the right. Great product! Highly Recommend!!! It would make a great pillow to use for traveling in the car too!

Very comfortable
I have quite a few core products. I usually go to the chiropractor to get my neck adjusted once a month. I can feel a huge difference in my neck. I would definitely recommend the product to anyone with neck issues, specifically alignment for the atlas.

The pillow aka support log was extremely helpful as it allowed me to relax comfortably on my side at a 45 degree angle. It didn’t cause additional neck pain while sleeping. I plan on traveling with it frequently.

I was selected to test this product. I work from home and have been using this on my chair and it provides the perfect amount of back support. It also works well if you sleep with a pillow between your legs. The sleep log seems to keep your spine in alignment better than a standard pillow. I tried using the sleep log a few times on the couch for neck support and it was very comfy.

Found a Pillow Case/Cover Solution For The Bone
When ordering the Sleep Log (Bone Shaped) pillow I wanted a pillowcase for it. I always like to have a made to fit pillowcase, even if I will also slip one of my own standard bed pillow pillowcases on, to make sure the pillow stays as clean and dust free as possible. After checking out the dimensions to make sure it wouldn't be too small, it needs to be roomy enough to accommodate the oddball shape, I ordered the Jackson Roll Pillowcase. It works just fine. It is just a little bit too long. I will just use it that way. But it would be easy to give a snugger fit with just one or two small easy straight-line alterations on a sewing machine. Without needing to open up (seam rip) any existing seems!

AWESOME pillow! Sleep log bone shaped neck & back pillow
I received this pillow as a gift and I ABSOLUTELY love it! and ….so does my Husband, we actually fight over using it so, I need to order another one. LOL I have neck pain and lower (sciatic) back issues. I use the pillow while watching movies on the couch for my neck, while sleeping when laying on my side under my knees(helps so much to relieve lower back pressure & pain). It works well when I’m sitting at my desk either under my neck if I’m leaning back or under my lower back to relive pressure from my spine. I also have used it while laying in bed to read, under my neck, if offers a wonderful support to keep my neck straight but, still propped up. Also, when my neck is really sore, I’ve used it as my main sleeping pillow for the night, the ends of the bone shape work well to support your head while laying on your side. I now, bring it as my pillow for travel! It has a great strap that I can use a Carabiner clip to hook it onto my backpack while traveling. And, since it has so many uses, I really like having it with me while away from home because our bed pillows are TOO large to pack. I think this pillow is an amazing invention, compared to higher neck/back pillow log type pillows and I’ve bought MANY!! I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend it!! My only recommendation is that they would include a Carabiner hook with it for travel!!

Game Changer
I used this pillow primarily for my neck and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. I mainly used it when I sat on the couch to watch tv. My husband, who happened to have surgery shortly after receiving this pillow, used it all the time while he was laying on the couch or in bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this neck support pillow. It is exactly what I was looking for. I use it driving between the top back of the seat and the head rest. There is a big gap there, and, therefore, no neck support. This cushion gives you the comfort and support you need. I, also, use it to support my neck while sitting on the couch watching TV, again needing additional neck support. I really am very pleased with this product!

Not as useful as I thought
The edges poke into my back and it's not wide enough for under my knees. Works ok between the knees but I sleep on my back. It's too full to use behind my neck, I will have to try removing some of the stuffing and see if that helps.

My initial experience was good for the first few nights but overall I found that it was a little to big for my cervical spine. I have had a cervical spine laminectomy with fusion and so lack some flexibility. I found the bone was too firm and too large for my particular situation.

Versatile Boost

I toss and turn and the log can easily be shifted giving support depending on sleep position. Sometimes to support knees, or neck or when sitting lower back. Haven't cleaned it yet and never use the strap the comes with it.

Great, Versatile Pillow
This pillow is very comfortable and versatile. I have used it in many ways for my head and my back. I have used it as a stand-alone pillow while I am sitting/ laying on the recliner, I also put this on top of my pillow to prop my head up while I was watching television. I have also used this in between my legs while lying and I have used while sitting at my desk. I love this pillow and very happy with this. I highly recommend this pillow!!

Great for computer chair neck and head support!
Taking 1 star off for the strap design. It doesn't hold it secure enough to stop it from flopping around on my chair. A better designed strap with a third anchor point would be better so you can either stop it from moving up or down. Outside of that it provides firm support for your neck and head once you get it into position on your chair.
