Spend many years since I've purchased a heating pad, I have to say for the price this is fabulous. The elongated size fits my entire back, the duration of the heat is perfect and the comfortability of the pad itself is appreciated. Easy to use and very beneficial.

Replacement
You sent me this replacement which I received 3/3/2026 to replace the one I bought in 8/2025. The massager went out on the 1st one. The same thing happened with the replacement. I think there is a problem with the way it is made

Not heating very well
I received my new FitRx heating pad today and after having it on for at least 1 hour on the highest level (6), unfortunately it is mildly warm. This is quite odd as I own another FitRx pad that works great. I’m thinking maybe it’s a fluke, hopefully. I’ll try it again over the next few days to see if it works or if I’ll need to replace it.
