Q: Which side goes against your body? I assume the soft dark side, but heat is not coming through

Best one I’ve owned. It’s soft & perfect thickness for comfort when laying on it. It has 6 levels of heat & 2 hour run time before auto shutoff.

Works well

The heating pad is larger than standard ones I’ve been used to, which is a plus. Also like that there are six heat settings—definitely a nice feature.
