Smooth rolling wheels
Only been using them 2 weeks but the wheels glide very easily and smooth like sliding on ice. I'm using a floor mat on top of new luxury vinyl tile and want to make sure the floor is kept scratch free. So far these wheels rolls much more gently on the LVT compared to the stock plastic wheels. Very very quiet too. Only complaints. The chair glides away constantly while typing at my desk. I need to sometimes prop my foot against the desk leg to keep myself from the chair rolling away. Also the wheel color is a little darker than pictured when you put it on.

Should've tried these sooner
I was skeptical because some reviews of this product elsewhere were meh at best. But these are honestly awesome. So smooth, quiet, easy to install. I should’ve gotten them earlier, I thought about it too long and wish I hadn’t. For reference I bought two sets, one for me and the bf, we both weigh around 125 lbs. He loves them too.

upgrade your wheels
Bought these for my high school student who is distance learning. He spent so much time in his chair, the wheels needed replacing. These are and upgrade and I am very happy with them. Only took a minute to take out the old ones and snap these in.

Terrific chair casters
Great item. Perfect solution I think they should be the standard for office chairs. Installation was simple and I was impressed with the smooth surface of the roller. The chair glides effortlessly in all directions without the start stop motion caused by the old chair casters. I found that it transitions easily from hardwood floors to carpet and works well on both. I no longer have nightmares about protecting our new hardwood. I’m planning on buying a set for another chair
