A: Not sure why the support staff aren't understanding the question, so I measured my door. My door is 1 3/8" thick and the door hook fits perfectly with just a little bit of wiggle room.

Check measurements first!
I wish I'd seen the other reviewer first, who warned about the dimensions. It's so small that the hooks are set so high on the door that it's barely usable. Maybe if you add an actual clothes hanger? Just saying, don't make the same mistake, do a detailed comparison with the height of the door where you'll want to put it. It does seem well made and it's good looking.
