I love bringing a small ones to Work for lunch. I like the cheesy scrambled eggs with the hashbrowns. It’s really cheesy and good. It’s a quick easy, healthy lunch for a busy day at work. It’s very easy to take it out of the box. Flip the film a little bit flopping in the microwave. Good to go.

As with Healthy Choice Dinners, Smart Ones has been a big part of my diet for many years. I know they're not exactly healthy, with the high sodium content, but they're super convenient and taste amazing. I do have one complaint, though. This particular brand never, ever gets full. I'm usually found back in the kitchen, snacking, within 30 mins of eating one of these.

Personally I am not a large fan of this. The eggs taste old, wet and soggy. If not wet then they taste dry. There is no in between. The added tidbits in it don't add to the taste. Overall this is bland. I do not recommend. There are better brands, but there are worse.
