This is my new favorite salad dressing. After gagging down normal salad dressing for years I started using this instead. I LOVE it!!! It just takes a little because it smears so easily thru the whole salad. Now I look forward to eating salad like never before!!!

At room temp the sauce squeezed out too much too quickly, but once refrigerated sauce come out more controlled and even. It reminds me of the caramel drizzle from Starbucks, though maybe just a bit less sweet (fine with me). Had to knock off stars for the high amounts of various corn syrups. Would not purchase when there are way less processed caramel sauces available. But those options aren’t always accessible so, for flavor and using sparingly it’s okay and would work in a pinch.

But I'm not sure it's the same recipe as their caramel topping in the jar. This one is so runny that it barely stays on the ice cream! I could barely taste it due to how watery it was.

It works well to make that home made “caramel macchiato”. I only wish that it was made without using high fructose corn syrup and red dye 40, and for those reasons, unfortunately I would not purchase this product in the future.
