One star because they taste good and the other for the instant laxative effect. It’s not just me. Everyone I have given these pretzels to as an experiment after my own instant diarrhea has had the same response… eat a pretzel, wait less than 5min and experience the grumbly guts that signal an impending explosive episode. I initially thought this was a great mid-day snack, then spent the next hour long meeting waiting for the point when I wasn’t needed and could go off camera to violate my bathroom. Eat at your own risk 1 or because you’re constipated.

Not the same as the original, glutinous version but close enough to satisfy my craving. The coating on these seems to be the same, however the shape is obviously different (stick versus nugget). Due to this, you don’t get as much favor in one bite. These pretzels have a nice crunch but seemed almost hollow on the inside to me. I’m used to the nuggets which weirdly seem a bit softer to me? Either way, happy to have this product in a gluten free version!
