The pieces are large, pillowy soft and coated in sugar. They have a nice crunch when you bite into them. The texture is a bit like marshmallows and the strawberry flavor is quite nice. It has just the tiniest bit of tartness to it. The only complaint I have is that I wish these were not quite so expensive. The price makes them a once in a while purchase for us, instead of a regular thing. Great candy, we highly recommend it!
