It tastes just like the classic root beer I grew up with but without all the sugar. It’s smooth, fizzy, and really satisfying—especially when it’s ice-cold. I love being able to make it at home anytime I want, and it doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste some zero-sugar sodas have. Definitely a staple for my SodaStream now!

I don’t typically drink root beer but I cannot live without root beer floats so this is perfect for that purpose, without the added sugar (since I have enough from the ice cream lol) this mixes instantly and can be adjusted to your liking, more or less strong but it will definitely last a long time as it’s pretty potent when making single servings.

The flavor is surprisingly close to regular Mug root beer—sweet, a little creamy, and with that classic root beer kick. It mixes really easily with sparkling water, and you can control how strong you want the flavor, which is nice if you like it a little bolder or lighter.

I was pleasantly surprised by that and was expecting it to tastes cheap and watered down. It doesn't leave that thick syrup taste in my mouth like soda does, doesn't use sugar but is still sweet. I use about half the recommended amount per drink and it's perfect for me. This is definitely going to be my new favorite flavor, right next to the Lemonade one

I love the ease of making your own soda using the soda stream machine. There are also instructions on the bottle for preparing without the soda stream machine. I also think it’s a great value compared to buying 12 pack or case of soda cans. Less waste as well!
