All you have to do is mix the drink mix into sparking water, bubble water, or even regular water, and enjoy. There's a little cup on the top that helps you measure. It smells good as well.

Zinc and vitamin e added, no artificial colors. Wish the package was more used friendly, there is ALWAYS a drip from the cap that ends up on the counter

(The lime flavor is my all time favorite.) I will say I was a bit disappointed because it was giving cherry syrup but in a medicinal way. Usually cherry doesn't give me that feeling cause it's got a sugariness to it. I don't know if it's the lemon that's throwing it off but it also didn't really give me lemonade vibes. I did add a bit of my own lemonade to it and then I enjoyed the flavoring. To conclude, for me to enjoy this I have to add something extra to it.
