Amazingly effective maintaining the temperature of your beverage. I used it this last weekend at a meeting with hot tea, so hot. I actually had to add ice. The outside of the bottle was cool. Also, very effective, keeping carbonation, just be sure that lid is completely tight

It works for what I need
After reading earlier reviews, I’m not washing the top in the dishwasher. I ordered the stainless steel tops hoping they would fit, however they do NOT fit this bottle, Unfortunately.

I bought this bottle several months ago and had no issues. Recently, a piece of metal came loose (apparently in the insulated lining as I do not see it in the main water reservoir) even though I did not drop it or use it improperly. When I turn the bottle, I hear metal clanking around. I hesitate to continue using it with my sodastream as putting a faulty container under pressure seems like a bad idea. I asked Target for a replacement and they declined saying I was outside of their return period. Disappointed in your customer service with a faulty product.

The Description and specs are off on the web-site. There is a big X through the dishwasher sign on the bottle and the text on the wrapper says hand wash only. Unfortunatly we took the wrapping off before realizing it is not as advertised and that was the whole reason that we purchased this bottle instead of something different. It is a really nice bottle if you don't mind handwashing it.

Love that it’s not plastic. Fits in my Terra perfectly, cap seems quite secure. I use a measuring cup to fill it to avoid peering inside with a flashlight to determine the fill line. PLEASE NOTE: this bottle IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. The label says it’s not, SodaStream website says it’s not, if you go deep into Target description, they say it’s not. Someone needs to fix this in the banner, as some folks will care. I don’t; my steel cups aren’t either. Fair trade for some reduction in consuming more plastic IMO.

Love this insulated bottle on the go to keep drinks cold. Handle on the cap is useful. Only major negative is that fill line is difficult to eye ball looking into the bottle which is metal & opaque. Unlike the clear see-through plastic bottle, getting water up to the fill line is a guessing game.
