You truly will notice a difference in 7 days with Solgar 7! My knees have bothered me for years but this has helped a lot. I love that it has black pepper in it which is needed to help aid absorption. I definitely trust the quality of Solgar.

I found it hard to believe the claims - 7 ingredients to work in 7 days to help with mobility. Although I'm older, I still run, lift weights and am very active. So maintaining mobility and keeping down inflammation in joints that "creak" from years of repetitive movement, the product had to work. It also had to beat out other anti-inflammatory products I'd tried. It did! And I felt the difference in a week. If I run out and don't have a replacement at the ready, it will maintain a cumulative effect, but it does wear off. Although there are other good products out there that do the same thing, this one is fast and with only 7 ingredients. I highly recommend it.

I was a bit skeptic when I first received a sample of this from our vendor and it claimed you would see a difference in seven days from seven ingredients. Lo and behold I was seeing a difference in about 3-4 days! I lift heavy at the gym, have a very active outside of work life (climbing, hiking, etc), and run nightly. Certain parts of me such as my knees really take a hit with all of it, and even after a hard gym session, my knees and joints aren't nearly as sore as they were before I took this product. I used to be a big fan of Solgar's Full Spectrum Curcumin, but I now offer No. 7 to any customer that approaches me about joint health!

I have taken Solgar No 7 for about 4 weeks. After the 2nd week, I started feeling a difference. Joints were not as stiff. I always attempt the child pose after all my workouts. I was unable to sit comfortably in this pose due to having to bend my knees (my knees have arthritis as does my back). This weekend I was able to do this activity without the immense pain that I normally would feel. Additionally, my mobility has improved. I am able to get into poses that never used to be an issue up until a few years ago. This product works. I do wish there was a vegan substitute but will settle for it, as it is considered a vegetable capsule. I am now looking at other Solgar products that will assist my aging body. I will be 50 soon and I am not looking to slow down anytime soon.

I have taken Solgar No. 7 at times when I am focusing on increasing my flexibility or doing more challenging workouts. I notice better flexibility progress and better feeling improvements when I am taking No. 7 vs times when I am not. Would absolutely recommend!

I've been using Solgar No. 7 daily for a year now. My job requires a lot of squatting, lunging, and walking. After a few years of this my hips started hurting so I tried this along with about 10 minutes of stretching in the morning. This is has been a miracle for me. My pain is totally gone. I have raved about this to anyone that mentions knee or hip joint pain. One co-worker I turned onto Solgar 7 had been on the verge of quitting simply because the kneeling was so painful. She said it was a total quality of life change for her.

I was having pain in the knee when walking at a fast pace for two to four miles. I tried No 7 by Solgar and after 7 days I noticed that I had no pain and was able to start running again and I'm 75 years old!

I've had chronic joint pain for many years, and of course I wasn't expecting a miracle or anything here - but they do help a lot! In only a week or so my knee pain especially has already become a lot less frequent, and less severe when it does still show up. These pills do have a bit of an odd taste but it's absolutely worth the trade-off. Highly recommend!

I take this in conjunction with other joint support supplements to help maintain the little cartilage I have left in my meniscus. I notice a difference in mobility and pain if I skip a few days in a row so this really helps!

It worked exactly as expected and then more! I gave my sample bottle to my father as I'm a fair bit younger and thought he could use it to a greater effect than I could. It made him feel lightyears better the day after his workouts, and completely eliminated his knee pains.
