Poor customer service.
I purchased the item online and needed to return them and tried returning them at the store but they wouldn’t take them because they couldn’t find the item and I had the packaging papers that said it could be returned in store and I used my RedCard to purchase the item the store rep even saw the receipt and purchase on my card but said that they would not be able to take it back so I got stuck with something that I no longer needed.

Material way too thin for a pillow sham - no shape
Yes, it is soft and that’s about the only thing good I can say for it. I expect a pillow sham to hold some kind of shape; this was like a very thin sheet.
