This item is great for toy and book organization, but it did arrive damaged, with scratches and peeling. When I contacted Target I was offered the chance to return it (not possible, it’s now been assembled, I’m pregnant and have no way of carrying it into my vehicle) and the item is also out of stock, so I would not have the option for a new one. The item is still usable, I just needed to glue the parts peeling, and there are some obvious scratches. I’d have been happy with a discount. Target ultimately offered a $5 gift card which seems ridiculous on an item that cost me close to $100. With the damage, it’s as though I bought it used, and if I had wanted it used, I would have comfortably paid half the price.
