The Sony DWR-S03D combines two wideband receivers with AES3 and analog outputs in a compact slot-in chassis designed for Sony digital slot-in compatible camcorders, UniSlot camcorders, and SuperSlot-enabled devices using the DWA-SLAS1 or DWA-SLAU1 adapters (sold separately), and can also be used in bag operation with the DWA-F01D adapter (sold separately); it features Sony’s third-generation DWX digital technology for superb audio quality, low latency, high wireless reliability with double tuner/antenna diversity per channel, and secure AES 256-bit encryption; fast to set up and easy to operate, it is ideal for professionals in ENG/EFP, broadcast, and film applications; its wide 140 MHz bandwidth and high-density multichannel operation make it easier to find clear frequencies in crowded areas, perfect for large-scale productions; smart features include automatic two-channel scan and transmitter sync, pre-programmed channel plans, and user memory for storing menu settings; a quick-response OLED display shows real-time operational info, and when paired with Sony XDCAM camcorders, transmitter settings can be wirelessly controlled and audio status monitored from the viewfinder; it is compatible with DWT-B30, DWT-B03R, DWT-B01N, DWN-02N, and DWT-P01N transmitters, and backward compatible with all DWX 1st and 2nd generation transmitters.
