I use bungee cords to increase the tension, but this is a great body-weight workout on its own. Love this machine and well worth its very affordable price tag.

It is very nice, simple to put togerther. It has a manual counter, I like that I don't have to have it by an outlet. It is a workout. It is better if you put on resistant bands, more of a challenge and smoother motion. I recommend this product. Very happy with it!

I am always lazy at the gym even I paid a monthly fee, so, this product gives me a new way to exercis4e. This product of stair stepper doesn't occupy a bigger space, so easy to move. An adjusting screw can set a right position for the pedals. A small computer displays training time, calories and a total number of training steps. So I can exercise and enjoy my TV at the same time. I must say this product is really useful, so convenient for daily workout, better than a regular stepper. I like it so much! After using it for several days, the machine is really good and my family likes it very much. I am busy at work and have no time to go out for exercise after work. With this you can exercise at home. And I belong to the leg slant fat, this suits me very much. Sweat after about 10 minutes of exercise. And there is no noise, it is very suitable for those sound insulation is not good house. And with the tension rope, also can practice the arm. Then there is the small machine does not take up space, can put away at any time, very convenient. Very good machine, worth buying.

Great quality for the price. Very fast shipping, easily assembled, and takes up very little space. I get a really good cardio workout while watching tv. There was a small issue with damage in shipping, but the seller worked quickly to remedy the problem to my satisfaction.
