Never received the product

Ripped all over the package

I’ve now bought several of these boxes overt the last few days from 2 different stores. One store, totally fine. The other store, finding at least one clearly resealed pack in each collection box. Sometimes 2-3. Collection box also clearly was opened and re-glued using the wrong glue and applied in a zig-zag pattern as opposed as a line like original. Oh and old glue is still there under the new glue. Resealed packs also has tears and other clear signs like marks from heated bag sealer which is commonly used. Other products seem to be untampered with at both stores or at least few that I picked up. Purposely not including all the images or even full written breakdown. They’re too valuable left unpublished until the right moment. Last thing I’ll add is that these last few days were the first time in about 2 years that I bought sealed Pokemon from any local Targets. Stopped basically because there was never any sealed product to buy and don’t chase restocks because technically I have access to distribution. Regardless, up until that abrupt stop 2 years ago i was buying very regularly. Same 2 stores. I saw rampant resealing. This time both stores and other retailers. Back then I learned from the right people how to best document and collect evidence. Leaving it there. See ya on the flippidy flip 🤙🏼

Didn’t receive what I ordered. Got a box of baseball cards instead.

I ordered this item for my husband, son, and myself to open since pokemon is so hard to come across. Waited for a release around 2am and was able to get one. Almost two weeks later I received my package just to open it for it to be the completely wrong item, baseball cards…. Awesome. I got in contact with customer service ( Akeem?) who has been dragging out emails for a week. All I requested was just to be sent the item I purchased and have already been charged for. Despite sending photo proof of everything the only resolution provided was to print off a shipping label, seal the box back up and go out of my way to drop it off at a UPS for a refund despite myself asking for a different contact to fix the problem and ship the correct item. Having worked corporate retail it’s a simple fix. Now I’m stuck fixing the problem they made so I’d just say be aware when purchasing high demand product from Target. The customer service sucks

These packs look like they were revealed. only one ex out of all 8 packs extremely disappointed

We received our box and it was damaged and ripped in a corner. Contacted customer service about the issue and sent clear photos of the damaged box. However they said there was nothing they could do. No accountability whatsoever. Went elsewhere and purchased at higher price because it was a birthday gift. It’s not about the item itself anymore, it’s about principle.

Wrong item was shipped. Never received what I actually ordered. Was filled with a 2926 Bowman Baseball blaster box instead of Pokemon collection box.
