Didn't meet my expectations
I was hoping taking more magnesium and during the day will help cutting my chocolate intake. That didn't work at all. So, I'm disappointed. On the other hand, it didn't do much damage to my body, so I suppose it's good. As a matter of fact, I ordered some as my doctor suggested I take more magnesium for relaxation. Will see how that works.

I personally like this magnesium malate very much.
I have been taking this for several years and plan to continue. It helps me ward off headaches and sometimes my kids take it for their headaches. Even though the tablets are huge, they are not difficult for me to swallow, even though I sometimes have trouble swallowing much smaller tablets. I think that’s my body approving my choice.

best magnesium type
Different types of magnesium can be confusing . I like the malate magnesium better than any other because it also gives you energy. I like the tablets much better than the capsules because you have to take double the amount with the capsules for the same amount of magnesium. I accidently ordered the capsules once by mistake so I'm careful now. I have been taking these for 10 years. Made a hugh difference in fibro symptoms

Muscle calming solution
With an above average pain level of back and legs, due to surgery’s related issues using Advil or other pain reliever for a nights sleep didn’t exist. Restless leg syndrome would keep me up all night. Switched to this before bedtime and no Advil and a great restful sleep resulted. Great product for my issues and no side or long term effects.

The malic with magnesium helps to relieve muscle pain of fibromyalgia. However the pills are large and hard to swallow.

how not have joint pain
Been using this brand for many years. Glucosamine + chondroitin + msm are only part of the solution for joint pain; also required are hyaluronic acid and magnesium malate. Taken together once a day, the advanced arthritis, bursitis, bone spurs and torn glenoid cartilage in both my shoulders cause ZERO pain. Avoid surgery; take the above for a month. Works for many (not for all) according to orthopedic surgeons and has worked for me for 20 years.
