I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely see the difference, I do recommended taking vitamin D with it for more effectiveness.

Great Magnesium, with a bit of B6
I've been using this for years and personally take several capsules daily. I love that it has various forms of Magnesium combined and limited additional ingredients, as I have an extremely sensitive system. It is also great that it has a bit of B6 which allows me to take it during the day vs. having to take it at bedtime due to it making me sleepy. Use caution. As too much, of course, will cause loose stools. As excess of any magnesium supplement likely would.

more than just muscle aid
Most of the types of magnesium in this blend pass the blood brain barrier which gives me a calming sedative effect. This also increases the absorption of the magnesium into the body. A winner product.

Great but wrong for me.
This product would have been perfect as a quality type of magnesium, and I felt I wanted more benefit from magnesium, but it conflicted with the magnesium already in my Bone-Up. I'd prefer a better magnesium in my calcium, like this one, but I like most of the rest of the Bone-Up and can't replace all of its ingredients in a smart manner. This magnesium is probably better for certain things, but the one in the Bone-up is supposedly more absorbable and less directed to certain benefits. It's a tough call, and I guess the Bone-Up won.

i choose this product because it is the correct mix of the correct magneisum that you are suppose to take. you need magnesium for the absorbtion or calcium. there are some types of magnesium that is not well aabsorbed. this is a good mix and works well.
