Quick acting, effective

SLEEPY TIME FOR SURE
Have used other brands of melatonin which were effective, but this product seems to be stronger. Maybe because of the sublingual method of taking it. If you have problems sleeping try this product for sure.

This did work
This worked well for me. I started and in the first week I was more relaxed during my sleep and stayed asleep. This did not work for my Husband, but I think he has a more difficult sleep issue to deal with.

Very helpful...what a relief! :)
I found these sublingual tablets to be much more effective in helping me sleep than other forms of Melatonin. I've really enjoyed getting more sleep with these...I might still wake after the 5 hr norm, but these helped me go right back to sleep. They're great!

Out like a light
This is great for those nights when you just can't fall asleep. It's also fantastic for helping to regulate your body clock when jet lag gets the better of you. I prefer the sublingual method to swallowing a whole pill because I feel like it eases me into sleep better.

Helped me fall asleep quickly
I have tried higher dosages of Melatonin that didn't help me sleep as well as this product. The higher doses also left me feeling groggy in the morning. Every time that I take this it starts to work in about 10 minutes and I also sleep through the whole night with no grogginess in the morning. The peppermint flavor is very pleasant as well.
