I don’t know about the vitamins and mineral content. The taste is not good, it is too sour and very strong. The chewy tablets are very large and difficult to chew. Wish they roux have been gummies

Nature's Plus Source of Life Gold is a very good multivitamin and mineral. The chewable version actually tastes pretty good.

I used the tablet version of this vitamin before but wanted the convenience of chewables. These taste great and no bad after taste like some vitamins. They also don't turn your stomach or make you belch vitamin taste for hours. These are powerful, all natural, and derived from foods not chemicals. I chose these after doing some extensive online research. My goal was to find one high quality chewables that gives me everything without taking a handful of supplement. This is the best I have found so far. Thanks!

I do not like to swallow large vitamins so I wanted a chewable. It is nearly impossible to find a whole food chewable. I found these and at first I was overwhelmed when chewing them. They get a bit frothy, but now I am use to it since they really don't taste bad, I have found that I like them very much. I seem to feel better and have more energy although I don't have any hard evidence of their actual benefit. I just notice that I do not feel fatigued as often.
