A: I googled is silica safe in lip gloss... CDC says there are no known health risks from exposure to the levels of amorphous silica found in cosmetics. The Cosmetic Ingredient Review panel has ruled silica safe to use in cosmetics at a wide range of concentrations. Very hydrating!
I bought this because I have severely dry lips year round. This is by far the most effective product I've used. My lips do look more plump because they're hydrated and healthy instead of dry, chapped, and cracking.

Not your common lip plumper. It's not an instantaneous lip, plumping effect, really it does not tingle at all. More on the beneficial side, keeps my lips, moist and hydrated and I feel a protected barrier. It last a while, even as someone who licks their lips often As well as through talking and drinking. I use it at night as like a repairing lip moisturizer.

Very interesting. I definitely noticed a difference in softness of my lips. The serum dries cold (which I like better than tingly) but it does transfer pretty easily. I like to use it as a gloss to top off my lip makeup, or as a sleeping mask.
