Ok this product is a little odd and I’m not completely sold if it worked or not. The consistency of the oil in your mouth for 20 minutes was just awkward and made me almost gag. It did leave my breath feeling cleaner however

I have been wanting to try oil pulling for a while for all of the health benefits and the whitening effect. And honestly, this does give me the results I was looking for. But why only 4 stars? Because I don’t love the swishing for 15 minutes. It’s a shockingly long time to swish when getting ready, and it always makes my throat dry. (Definitely drink water beforehand and make sure you clear your throat) That said, it definitely works! My teeth do look whiter! So if you can handle the oil for a long time, then this will work great for you!

I was afraid it would be greasy-tasting or have some kind of weird aftertaste, but it's really great. It's a light mint that makes the 10-15 minutes of swishing tolerable, even pleasant. It is extremely smooth and light, not thick or heavy, and is an excellent aid to swishing. It emulsifies after a few minutes and by the time I am spitting it out, it has gone a milky white, which is supposedly an indicator that it is working to eliminate toxins. My mouth is incredibly clean and fresh after I've used this. It's a kind of clean that's not like brushing and flossing it's deeper, even like having a dental cleaning. My teeth are also smoother, and my mouth feels fresher longer in the daytime. I've even noticed a subtle whitening of my teeth, a wonderful added benefit I wasn't counting on. The tongue scraper is pure genius! It just scrapes off that white coating from your tongue, which makes you have bad breath and dulls your taste buds. And using it after oil pulling just completes the whole oral hygiene routine so your mouth actually feels squeaky clean. I am slightly mixed about this product. It works well but has to be swished for a good amount of time. My issue is because the directions state to not swallow the oil. However, I will say the ingredients are natural, it has a nice taste and does help my teeth feel nice and clean. I'd still recommend it...but be wary it has to be swished for 20 min or so.

It was easy to use and follow the instructions. I would do one teaspoon to make it easier to swish the oil around. It’s too soon to tell if this actually does make my teeth any whiter, but I do like the additional clean feeling I get from using it. My teeth are sensitive and this hasn’t bothered them while using. It just seems like an eternity while using since not used to it

It has a thicker consistency which is harder for me to swish around my mouth. The instructions say in order for this product to work, you need to swish it around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. I was only able to do it for around 10 minutes because it felt like I almost kept swallowing it. Afterwards you need to spit it out and it left a funny after taste. Since this is my first time trying a product like this I have nothing to compare it to. In the end, it is hard to keep it in for that long.

This is pulling oil to help clean and whiten your teeth. Directions should be red very carefully considering you do have to swoosh in mouth for 20 to 30 minutes. After doing that task we'll have to rinse your mouth out before brushing your teeth. It does have a very light mint flavor that is not overpowering at all. After you rinsing your mouth with playing water it does not leave a greasy residue in your mouth. The main ingredient is coconut oil. It also includes a tongue scraper to use after you brush your teeth. All in all it's a very great product at a very reasonable price.

I've always wanted to try pulling oil so I was excited to see how well this Sparoom pulling oil worked. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved using this. It has a mint flavor that refreshes my breath. I like that this is a natural product, using just coconut oil and a blend of a couple essential oils. You use it once a day for at least a week or two to see results. I use it in the morning before brushing my teeth for 15 minutes. It comes with a measuring cup so that you can measure out the correct amount to use. You definitely have to get used to using it the first time as it's a little thick and strange to swish around for 15 minutes. But after using it for 2 weeks, I definitely noticed my teeth were whiter and I just felt like my mouth hygiene was much better. I love that this also comes with a tongue scraper as well.

Hello fresh breath! This sparoom pulling oil is the perfect addition to your oral hygiene routine. I was very happy to see an ingredients list that I could pronounce everything on it. Coconut oil and a mix of essential oils. No preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Fluoride and alcohol free. Simply pour 5-10ml into the included cup and swish around for 15-20 minutes once per day for 7-14 days for maximum results. Spit and rinse. Do this before brushing your teeth so that when you brush it removes any residual oil. I’ve found that doing this in the evening while watching a good show helps the time go by, but probably not a comedy for obvious reasons. I was quite impressed that when doing this in the evening, my morning breath was almost nonexistent! I have used it consistently for a week now and it has made a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth along with the fresh breath. It is also advertised to help with gum health as well as helping to detox the body. The included tongue scraper is an added bonus to help your mouth feel fully clean and refreshed. I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it!
