This topical gel works best during cardio, circuit, and high intensity interval training. It can also be used while swimming and in dry or infrared saunas. This is a great product when used with a sweat band! I personally prefer the stick form of this but the tub serves the same purpose.

Love the Sweet Sweat coconut workout enhancer! Paired with the waist trimmer it really helps to make me feel I get a maximum sweaty session. I'm sensitive to scent. The coconut is pleasant, not too strong. It's messy but easy to apply and after the workout and a shower, leaves my skin soft. I really feel a benefit to using these products. Very satisfied!

I've been trying and buying more natural alternatives for anti perspirant deodorant and I live this one. I like that it comes in a jar and I can get as much as I want and put it where I sweat the most without worrying about it containing harmful chemicals. It worked all-day and left me dry and smelling fresh. No sweat spots and no odor.

I got this and the sweet sweat stick a while back and have just started using. This jar provides a bit more coverage possibilities and is useful when I have more time to prepare before working out. I like the added sweat it adds to my cardio.

This really helps to target stubborn areas. I don't usually sweat even with high intensity workouts and this really makes me break a sweat during workouts. I have been using this with the sweet sweat waist trainer and have seen a difference. It can be a little messy but if you wipe it off once you're done it is not an issue.

Although I am a huge fan of the sweet sweat stick, I cannot say the same for this product. The smell and consistency is exactly like coconut oil and although I do like coconut oil for my hair, I didn't care for it on my skin. I didn't feel like this made much of a difference...it just moisturized my skin and made it smell tropical.

I’m still undecided about this stuff. I think it has a lot of potential and I really want it to work. I’m just not sure if I’m noticing a difference or not. I think it’s helping. I’m not probably the best test subject but I’m going to keep up with it because I think I’m seeing positive results.

I was instantly hooked on this product! I do a lot of cardio and this really gets me sweating fast. It's great for warming up my muscles. There is no scent at all, even when sweating a lot. I highly recommend this for all workouts, but especially if you do high-intensity workouts!

I received this item a few weeks ago. I workout on a regular basis so I thought this would be a great product to tryout. Unfortunately I have not noticed any difference since I began using it. Would not recommend to anybody.

This product is made for workouts and has amazing enhancer. The instructions are easy to read on how to use, how much to use and where to apply product on the skin. it maximizes your work out. Just make sure when appling this product , apply to clean fresh skin.

Everyone has the same new goals, lose weight. I got this to see if it would help me sweat off the pounds. Using this with a waist trimmer, and doing my cardio, I had never felt so sweaty in my life. On my way to a healthy me. It didn't burn, or cause any skin irritation. Also, no bad smell.

The Sports Research - Sweet Sweat Jar really does make you sweat - especially when you wear it under one of the waist Trimmer belts from Sports Research. I have lost inches from my waist by using this when exercising and I love it. The coconut scent smells great and leaves your skin soft and moisturized even while sweating.
