A: You most definitely can. You can use it during the day, but since it has melatonin and a calming scent, it actually helps you sleep during the night...or in your case day sleep, since that is your night.

Works great, but the scent
I bought GD yesterday & used it last night. The effects after just one use are incredible, but like w/all Maelys' products, it smells like drugstore perfume. I smelled it in store, and it was okay, but the dry down ruined it 👎

I would buy this product again and again!
I am aging (just had a birthday and I'm 74) and, although I look young, my body skin is wrinkling and drying out....so I decided to try Get-Dreamy. I had my doubts...but it started working from the First Night!! My skin looked more moisturized and smooth after only 1 night! The "whip" has a clean, fresh scent.....and doesn't burn or cause itching on my VERY sensitive skin!! I was so excited that I already recommended it to my Sister plus my Friends (and HER Friends)!!!
