Since first trying a Sports Research product I have started switching all of my supplements to the Sports Research brand. The quality is great and far better than others I’ve tried. I’ve even gotten my wife and older sons on board. Once you switch to Sports Research brand items you can tell the difference and won’t switch back to your old brands.

I’m a huge fan of these collagen peptides and adding them to my morning coffee or oatmeal. Most of the time I have to do both because the serving size is two scoops and feels really large to do in only one morning thing (coffee or oatmeal).

I like the variety of ways you can use these Sports Research collagen peptides, such as in coffee or smoothies. I tried it in coffee, and it didn't change the flavor of the coffee too much, though it gave it a slight aftertaste that was similar to the taste of decaffeinated coffee. I like it best in smoothies, because I do notice a slight aftertaste with it in thinner beverages, and the stronger fruit flavors and thicker texture of smoothies completely cover it for me.

I've been using this for two weeks. I mix it in with either yogurt or a smoothie. I'd been taking capsuls prior to trying the powder (same brand) and the powder seems to be just as effective. While I prefer the ease of the capsuls, I'd still recommend this due to its effectiveness, it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste and is easy mix in with something to administer.

Sports Research - Collagen Peptides works mainly for my nails. I've noticed they peel less and are not as brittle. My biggest issue is that it dissolves best in hot water/drinks. I add to hot tea and make sure it is completely dissolved, then add ice.

I tried the Sports Research Collagen Peptides supplement, and to my surprise I ended up enjoying the supplement. So many ways to incorporate into your daily routine. I can have it with my coffee in the morning. I can even add it into my cold liquids as well. I really like to add it into my oatmeal everyday. So many ways to make sure you don't miss those much needed collagen peptides. The biggest plus to me is that there is no weird nasty flavor, or aftertaste. Sports Research Collagen Peptides is a great supplement to have around.

I recently tried this product for the first time and I can honestly say it works well with good results. I was expecting big changes but I didn't see them till day 30 to 40 of daily use. I will purchase another bottle to see if it's worth the money.
