Great shades - POOR CHAT EXPERIENCE
Shade is nice quality. My take on color, is it appears off-white in box, but on lamp - lit, it is tan/beige. Linen maybe? The website is great, purchase was easy and they arrived timely. However, I bought 2 and they provided a device to keep them from damaging each-other in shipment. But NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to separate and not damage them taking it apart. CHAT WAS USELESS - so sad to end purchase on a down note.

Super happy, color was as described. The picture shown looks like ivory but it is BEIGE!
