A: Hey! This reader is designed to work with iPhones. You will need to use the Magstripe Reader with Headphone Jack for your Android devices, or purchase a 3rd party adapter.

Q: Can this be used with no wifi? Can this be used with i phone 12 s? What if people have the chip card, can they still just swipe, or do you need additional equipment?
A: Hi Crafter - Great Questions... we've Got answers! The Magstripe reader allows you to accept cards using the Square App which can be used with Wifi or Cellular Data. The Lightning Connector is compatible with the iPhone 12, but does not accept chip cards. If you're interested in accepting chip cards check out our Contactless and Chip Card Reader.
