The quality was good for the price and good craftsmanship because it was heavier than expected.

I needed a black paper towel holder that didn’t move when I pulled a towel and also ripped it. This ones perfect

Broke within a few weeks. It's still functional but the post came undone from the base and there isn't a great way to fix it. It also doesn't let you rip the paper towels easily so we're using way more than we did with our prior one.

Very sturdy and simple! I was looking for a simple yet nice looking one but not flimsy and this one is amazing!

I was having trouble finding a good holder to fit the normal paper towels we get. All of the ones I liked were too small. This is great and very stylish!

A nice and heavy holder that will break after a few towel changes. The ‘weld’ holding the arm to the base will fail but can be reattached with glue.

I like the bold, black color. It is weighted on the bottom, so it doesn't tip when tearing off a paper towel. The color matches my kitchen beautifully. I love the style. It is sturdy and should last a very long time.

Started to rust shortly after getting it

The first one I ordered was damaged. Target sent a replacement, which was nice, but also the main arm was broken. In both instances, the items arrived in a box with no protective wrapping in the box, which probably led to the damage. Just a warning, buy it in the store to prevent this. I can’t even imagine how much money target is losing by skimping on shipping items correctly. Overall, it looks nice, but there’s too much distance between the 2 arms and the paper towel just rolls off and looks sloppy. Will be looking for a design with the smaller arm that will move and hold the paper towel upright.

It’s heavy and sturdy and looks good with other decor.

unfortunately it came broken, the weld that held the long part to the base was unattached so it’s very wobbly but i’m making it work. it still holds a paper towel roll just have to make sure you stabilize it when getting a paper towel

Just what I was looking for, a paper towel holder that holds an oversize roll, doesnt take up too much space, has some weight to it, and won't scratch your countertop. and not too expensive.
