Great for about a year.
It was great for the first year and I really liked it during that time (would give it 4.5 stars for that time), but after that the seat is flat as a pancake, and just not comfortable anymore. It will sometimes cut off my circulation in my legs now. It would be nice if they had a deluxe model of this, or sold a replacement cushion. I would give two stars for after the first year of ownership. I also bought this at a time it was a lot cheaper, so does not bug me as much as if I paid for one now.

It is a very comfortable chair and it beats what i was using . If the first thing you do when you open up something to be assembled is throw away the directions , its ok. anybody can do it. this was a good purchase and is well built. Thanks SUDS.

Putting it together was a bit difficult as there are words to describe the steps only pictures which run column wise in a 2 x 3 table. The step to attach the leg rest is a bit confusing. Otherwise, very sturdy and comfortable chair.

Did not realize the ring at bottom was not adjustable. Did not realize the arms are not adjustable. Did not realize the back was not adjustable to move in. Would return it but not sure of the shipping costs to do so and It's already put together.

Chair fits me well (5’ 3” tall with short legs) and seems sturdy overall. The arms are short for me, but I will make a cushion that will go over both and put them at the correct ergonomic height for me. I’m giving it a 3 star instead of 5 as the legs arrived with a piece broken out. There was no damage to the box. As the chair is going to be used in the garage and I wanted to start using it ( instead of returning and waiting for a new one) I went ahead and put it together.
