My toddler was really excited when he got this pillowcase. One side has a picture of Spider-Man and the other side says the word Spider-Man. It’s on the thinner side, which I think is good because it’s not a thick unbreathable fabric. The inside has no design so it’s not reversible that way. The material is a little slick so it does slide a bit and I noticed I have to pull it up on the pillow, but otherwise we’re really really happy with this
