This cooling pillow protector has helped me with my hot flashes at night! I have bought one for every pillow I use on my bed. I tried first with a pillowcase over the cooling pillow cover but I still got hot and When I put my pillow case on over this pillow protector my pillow case slips off. So now I just use this cooling pillow cover as my pillowcase and I sleep much better at night and do not get as hot. I would recommend if you need help with hot flashes at night.
