Difficult to drink from it
I love the small circumference as I have small hands. However, it tips easily and, more importantly, one CANNOT drink from it unless one tips it waaaaay up. I have two and would not purchase another. In fact, I don't use the two I have as it is too difficult to drink from them.

Awkward size
The 20oz is way too tall for car cup holder and tips over with any turn. I spilled coffee all over my car and myself while driving because of this. Also, didn’t think I would find myself saying this about a coffee mug, but it keeps the drink way too hot!!! The design is awkward since it’s so tall, you need to tilt it so far up to drink and then it dumps steaming hot coffee into your mouth. I would get the 16oz if i was to get one again but I think i will go back to my reliable Yeti tumbler.

Leakproof
100% leakproof. I work in the field as a geologist and I put this thing in the side pocket of my backpack which went into the outside basket of a helicopter where it rattled around for a 15 minute flight. I did this every day for a month and it didn’t leak at all. Seriously impressive.

Does the job, hard to clean
Keeps drinks hot or cold for several hours. Easy to hold and fits nicely in a bag. I haven't had issues with leaks, but the lid is not easy to clean which is a big drawback. You'll also need a bottle brush to clean the bottle.

Barely anything comes out. I wanted to love the mocha color, but it's super dull. Wish I would have read up on some reviews. If you only want a drip to come out, then this is for you. Also, would not recommend using with any cold beverage unless you plan to sip your way through the day!
