The spout is impossible to lift. I had it personalized for my 9 year old daughter, and she can’t even open it by herself. I’m 40, and struggle to open it. I had to buy another water bottle elsewhere.

Love my Stanley. Take it to work everyday. Love the yellow and the personalization. Keeps my water cold throughout the day. Bought this after researching quite a few brands and would definitely recommend. Only wish i had bought a larger size.

Great bottle for my kids! With the engraved names and different colors they are easy to tell apart. Water is kept nice and cold and the bottles don’t leak! They are great size and the handle makes them easy to carry.

I prefer this size of Thermous, it keeps fluid cold. However another lid design failure. I do not want a straw, im a gulper, and when removing the straw, you can not drink without the lid leaking. the previous flip lid design did not leak.

The lid is very difficult for me to open. Was purchased for child to bring to school, but she cannot open it at all. I submitted a warranty claim weeks ago, but it was ignored. Child is unable to take to school since she has to ask for help to open. Will only be useful when she is at home.

not worth the price. Dropped once and it has big scratches on it. two of three straw lids we ordered were defective, really difficult to flip open and close. Filed a ticket a week ago and still no reply from customer service for a replacement lid. For the same price yetis are much more durable and customer service is prompt
