Q: Should my ice melt within 10 minutes of putting it with water?

A: I noticed that happens too, when I pour liquids first then add ice, the ice lasts literally all day
submitted byLove - 25 days agoA: No. Ice will last a long time in a Stanley. And your water will stay cold. If I fill mine with ice and water at night, it will still have ice and the water will still be very cold the next morning.

A: I just got my first Stanley and after a few weeks of use I can say that drinks stay colder better than they do hot!

A: They have separate bits you can buy for spilling, they keep drinks cold, and hot. They also have a lifetime warranty on the website just in case an accident happens. Hope this helps!

This cup is trashed. It arrived with some of the color already rubbing off. The color is cute, but not enough to splurge for a limited edition that has the color rubbing off of it before I even used or even touched it. It was visibly damaged in the box, and no, it doesn't look like damage from shipping. Hearth and Hand has some cute stuff.. but the quality of almost all of it is HORRIBLE. It's all overpriced TRASH.

arrived with some light scratches. idk why these can't be packaged correctly. for the price you pay, this should really be fixed. but I'm keeping since I wanted a water bottle in this burgundy color and cannot find it anywhere else. all others were too wine/purple colored, too brown, too red. luckily, I stumbled onto this and caught this special edition release before it sells out. the color is perfect for autumn and winter. the cream leans towards grey in a lot of lighting and i wish the stainless matched like stanley does with some of their cups. but this is as close as I'll get to what I want apart from designing my own lol. very happy just wish there was more protection when shipping.

I had to order 4 times for this product and recieved an damage package through mail that caused a lot scratches & dent on the cup! I have gave up ordering this cup! The shipping was the only option! They never put air bags or any care security "foam, bubbles security and etc" in the box to prevent from bouncing around and causing damage. Every 4 times straight that's RIDICULOUS. i have shared this on facebook with photos and videos and it has gotten viral. target shipping is NO GOOD and not everyone's favorite anymore. i would not recommend ordering shipping from target AT ALL!

For the price of these cups, you’d think the coating on them would last past one use. I put the Tumbler in my wagon to and from games and it is already all scuffed up from one day! I was excited about the color and it’s a big let down.
