Is beautiful and does what it’s supposed to

Keeps my drinks cold for ages and is absolutely leakproof. I bought it as an on the go alternative to the regular quencher and I love it.

Quencher Flip Straw Tumbler 1.18L Rose Quartz

I love my Stanley. It keeps the water so cold all day and the 1.18L size is perfect for a day in work or a long drive without having to refill. The rose quartz colour is beautiful and I’ve gotten so many compliments😍

Damaged Coating on Arrival

Unfortunately, I received a mug with a manufacturing/finish defect. There is a visible chip in the coating along the upper rim, which looks quite unsightly. I purchased this mug as a gift, so I am disappointed with the quality. I tried to submit a warranty claim through the form on your website, but it did not work despite several attempts from different devices. I would appreciate it if someone from your customer service team could contact me to help resolve this issue.

And you thought you paid for quality

Three weeks old and going rusty inside, the flip top straw lid leaks and when you drink through it sounds like a drain emptying. Filled in the warranty form and waiting for a reply but not holding my breath.

Feels like knockoff

Cheap quality, looks and feels like the dupes. It’s leakproof which is good so you can put in a bag unlike the other Stanley’s. I just wish it was the same as the tumblers just a different lid!!

Completely leakproof!!

I absolutely LOVE my Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler. Up until now, I had never found a waterbottle that I trusted to be completely leakproof, and this tumbler completely surpassed my expectations! I can trust that when filled fully with water, this will not leak inside my bag and so therefore makes it super easy to carry around when I’m busy and on the go. It also keeps my water really cool which is another huge plus for this product.
