Stanley Halloween 40 oz Stainless Steel H2.0 Flowstate Quencher Tumbler

I don’t know what all these people are complaining about delivery was on time and packaged well no issues.

This 40oz Stanley was purchased online and picked up in the store. This means I didn’t pick it out myself. When I picked it up, it had an excessive amount of finger prints on it and small scratches near the “Stanley” logo. I wiped the outside of it with Clorox wipes and it now looks shiny and the scratches are no longer noticeable.

I purchased the cup online, and it arrived in a large box with zero padding. It was scuffed up and clearly bounced around everywhere. Very disappointing for how expensive it is, and they are sold out, so there no way to switch it for one in good condition. I'm very disappointed in how Target treats its shipping.

Arrived damaged with a huge scrape across the front. Zero bubble wrap/paper wrap in the box. Careless packaging and no quality control.

I love the cups l, but my store had them in one bag and nothing in between. I had one shipped, but they didn't send the straw. Why didn't the purple/green have the holographic designs, also. It's going back, but no straw to sell with it. They did at least protect it.

Arrived in perfect condition, beautiful color!!! So beyond happy for my purchase!

This is one of many pretty cups from the Stanley and Target collaboration, but the shipping team has ruined it all. They have done so poorly on packing to ship. They seem not to care much about it. The cup was thrown in a box that was five times bigger than the cup with minimum protection. We don't mind paying 50 dollars for the cup, and we expect to receive it in perfect condition. Target should look at this matter seriously otherwise ppl will return the cup and that will cause frustration for customers.

My Stanley arrived damaged. Quality control and shipping were a total disappointment. It arrived with so many scratches and one big scuff mark front and center next to the logo. I love the design and the black and purple is cute. Can’t exchange it since it’s out of stock due to being limited edition. Unfortunately I have to keep it and live with a damage $50 cup.

Target put my bat cup back on the shelf after it was ALREADY PAID FOR!!!!! Technically it’s my cup!!! So mad!!!! Sold out and can’t repurchase! Done with you Target!

I did store pick up. Buying 2 as soon as they dropped to ensure I got them before they sold out. I got there to pick up & went to my car to check them out before I left. The one was damaged. Two different spots. I had to return it & they could not replace it.

I've had Stanleys shipped from Target before this drop and they're usually sent in the tumbler box or at least wrapped up in the special net packing paper. This time my tumblers were thrown in the box on top of some paper. I ordered 4 tumblers in 2 separate orders. Somehow 1 of the 4 tumblers escaped any damage, the rest were scratched up. I've seen on social media that some customers got theirs just fine. Why isn't there a standard way of shipping no matter where it's shipping from....just ship them in the product box like Stanley does, it's not rocket science.

The cup itself is beautiful but came in scuffed/ scratched! The cup came in a target box with no protection at all. It's frustrating because I stayed up until 2 am waiting to order the cup because I knew it would sell fast and figured it was less likely to be scratched up. I was wrong and target customer service was useless!! I've never had an issue with target shipping before but I now know better than to trust them with shipping a limited edition Stanley.

Absolutely love this design.

My first Stanley only because i loved the Halloween design and my two favorite colors. My order was shipped and packaged very well. The cup was wrapped in Stanley tissue, inside the original box. Then placed inside target shipping box with large packing bubbles so it wouldn’t move during shipping.

target did a horrible job with this drop. I ordered at 3am received a confirmation that it would be delivered the next day. I never received my cup it started started saying delayed when I had a shipping label with the time. I called and they gave me an excuse about it being lost or misplaced. That's why they're losing money poor customer service, because how do you lose something you have a scanned label for.

I want to start by saying that I love this design and this is easily one of my favorites in my small collection. However have to give it a 1 star due to poor packaging and a scuff straight out of the box. I didn’t notice it initially, but once my husband pointed it out, my eye is constantly drawn to it. Even more disheartening is knowing that there is no way to exchange it because, of course, it’s limited edition. I’m over it now, as it’s not the end of the world, just expected Target to do better after charging $50 per cup. I hope they learn from all of our feedback!

No packaging in shipment. For the price of this item, it should come in its original box and with plenty of padding (paper, bubble wrap, etc).

Love halloween !! excited for this cup but it came damaged if im spending 50 bucks on a cup ( which thankfully I had a gift card) it shouldn't be damaged . I only bought it as halloween is my favorite holiday
