Super disappointed! Had preordered this set back at the beginning of March. Received an email that it was delayed and action had to be taken. I approved the delay and the next day the order was cancelled! No rhyme or reason. This is poor customer service and a black eye to both Target and Hasbro. I have been collecting Star Wars action figures since 1977, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. To top it off, my local store showed "limited stock," so I went over and asked and no one at Target could find it! Please do better for those of us that are loyal customers.

What's the point of pre ordering if you cancel and then the people that have the chance to buy them at the store just turn around and sell them online for 5x the price. I feel like it's Ticketmaster here.....come on! Get it together!

Thanks for cancelling my order instead of giving me the option to keep it open until the item was available, and then releasing the item to stores for the lucky few, Target. I sincerely hope that you NEVER get any more exclusives, since you certainly don't know how to handle them.

Love the product hate targets handling of the product. A preorder that was two hours late to start, then 2 late arrival emails, then an extension confirmation. Then cancelled orders. Only to find out it's hitting stores and shelves. Slap in face to everyone that pre-ordered. Major fail on Hasbro and target.

These exclusives are always difficult to get so I was psyched to find it on your app and pre-order it... only for my order to be cancelled. Why not just hold the order instead of cancelling it? Add a tariff surcharge if you had to? Now scalpers will get all of any available in stores and to purchase this, your former customers will now have to pay several times more for this high demand item on eBay. How can you not figure this out after messing these things up for so many past exclusives? Trying hard to understand why I am still a customer besides your locations being ubiquitous. Please stop screwing up.

A day after Target cancelled the pre-orders for this, I found the product on the shelf in my local Target for the same price as the pre-order. WHAT WAS THE POINT? After 2 granted delay extentions, the pre-order is cancelled and there it is on the shelf. WHY... Exactly? I would LOVE to hear the reasoning.

When you use your debit card for preorders, Target puts a hold on your funds until they ship. So for 2 months I couldn't access my own money only for them to cancel it for no apparent reason. I preordered the second they went live on day 1. Now they're appearing sporratically on the website and people are finding them in random stores when they should have shipped our preorders. This is unacceptable.
