If this were related to the tariff situation and that was communicated, I'd have some understanding. Target made me log in and approve another further delay and then canceled the order a few days later ANYWAY. This is not acceptable. Communicate with your customers better.

My preorder was cancelled due to a "technical issue." Why bother having a preorder option if you're going to cancel? Preorders should be honored regardless of the issue.

Absolutely ridiculous! Wait all this time to order and get shafted by Target and Hasbro!

Took the time to order this in advance to guarantee delivery upon release, unfortunately like most preorders target could not handle it. I received multiple delay emails that required logging in an acknowledgment that the item is delayed which I made sure I did right away, just for Target to go ahead and cancel these for everyone anyway!

Preorder to secure the item but then they sell out and cancel your order. Target is getting bad.

Approved delays for a preorder then was cancelled for a technical reason which is tariffs! A company like target should reserve this item for the people who already preorderd it so when it does become available we don’t have to worry about missing out!

I have been collecting Star Wars and Transformers figures for over 40 years and not a SINGLE retailer from the very many I order from has EVER given me consistent AGGREVATING CANCELLATION problems that TARGET provides me YEAR after YEAR. I always preorder these TARGET exclusive items within mere minutes after they launch on their site and ALMOST EVERY SINGLE YEAR I will get an email within a month later that I need to approve a delay or they THREATEN to cancel it. The first few years I would miss an email or two and miss the very brief approval window and they would then cancel the item. However, I have learned that if you get this email it is ALWAYS a death sentence. EVERY single one of these approval delays ALWAYS gets cancled later on without your authorization, no matter how many times you approve the delay. This item was just yet ANOTHER FINE EXAMPLE OF THIS GREAT POLICY PRACTICE AND CONTINUES TO DEMONSTRATE HOW GREAT TARGET IS AND HOW MUCH THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTMERS AND HOW DEDICATED THEY ARE IN HONORING THEIR ORDERS. Hasbro, after all of these years of complaints that we have presented to you about this horrible retailer and their unique detremental approval policy, why haven't you learned to STOP giving them these exclusives. Year after year this is TRULY MADDENING. NO OTHER RETAILER DOES THIS AND CONTINUES TO DO SO AFTER YEARS OF COMPLAINTS. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS SO PLEASE HASBRO FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME STOP GIVING EXCLUSIVES TO TARGET!

Why preorder anything from Target? They almost always cancel orders. Remove the Collectors section from the site.

I pre-ordered this set the instant it was available (basically within the first hr). However, Target cancelled this order now. I'm just waiting for it to reappear on the website at a much higher price now

I am eagerly awaiting this item and happy to preorder it to make sure I don't miss out, as sometimes these things are hot and sell out. I don't mind a delay, but canceling my order outright has me fairly irate. Although I've been a Star Wars action figure collector since 1979, the Retro Line for 1-6 is the only Star Wars line I have collected since the dump dropped on us on December 15th, 2017, so don't make me drop this line too by canceling what I DID purchase!
