couldn't wait to try this and if I go to give it a -0 10 times I would. I thought it was me and then I read the reviews same thing it's like watered down coffee it has no consistency of hot cocoa. bitter no hazelnut flavor but beyond better watery. I wouldn't give this to my enemy. in the 19-dollar plus shock value for paying for this I like my money back. so one of the worst things I ever had. you have to add milk you have to add sugar this tastes like unsweetened hot cocoa. and it would probably be very good if they made it at Starbucks with the hot milk and all that stuff but I don't have that I bought it for the way it was supposed to be designed. as far as concern is poison and I want my money back

He said that you could barely taste that hazelnut. I actually ended up putting some chocolate and hazelnut coffee creamer so it can have some flavour.
