Versatile staub pot!
This is the best pot! I love staub! This pot is very versatile, and can easily fit a chicken with room for lots of veggies. I usually use my French oven pot for roasting chicken, but this offers room for more vegetables. We have also been able to cook a Turkey breast in it, with room for stuffing. I can’t wait to try cooking coq au vin, and bresole in it!

Staub Is Terrific

The Grenadine color we purchased is very French looking and really compliments our black granite countertops. This is our second Staub purchase with more to come.

Another Staub Beauty
This is a stunning addition to my kitchen. I added the lobster knob and it really does wow! It cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze. Additionally, I had some pre order interactions with customer service and that team was gracious and competent. Pleased with the entire experience.

Fall off the bone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very well made and delivers exactly what it proposes. The vegetables are cooked to perfection and can be browned in the same pan. The poultry and pork will fall off the bone when cooked “low and slow”. It even made an excellent oval peasant bread. You could say that the weight is an issue but its to be expected with this kind of product. It’s the kind of product that will last a lifetime and can be handed down through generations. I purchased mine with a visual imperfection that I am still trying to find. I would not have purchased it at regular full price which is why I gave the high value rating on my imperfect version.

Multi - purpose heirloom
Fantastic product - great looking and great cooking - the first cook was Coq au vin and the searing / browning was done with ease - deglazed and braised all in one vessel. When it's not being used to cook- its a nice display piece with the Staub rooster knob.

I’ve made long roast that won’t fit in a round. I also make my marinara in it. Perfect size for a giant can of tomatoes. One of my best kitchen purchases ever

My favorite piece of cookware
I have had this product for several years and plan on buying a smaller Staub pot as well. This dutch oven is the very best piece of cookware I own. Whether using it to make a soup, chili, stew, or roast beef or chicken, it never fails to cook it beautifully.

Can’t Live Without It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Cocotte and cannot live without it. I do everything from coq au vin, roasting, stews and pretty much anything else. It’s in heavy rotation at home and it is one of my favorite cookware pieces (the other is my 4qt Staub Cocotte). It’s an investment piece that is worth every penny, and it looks beautiful on the stovetop.

Perfect
