I'm always look for a hot plate when I'm serving from my dutch oven. This is perfect because it's made from cast iron and can handle the weight and heat. Plus, with its fleur de lis design, I don't mind leaving it on the counter all the time.

Pretty and functional
I like the look of this trivet enough to leave it out on my counter top next to the stove. It looks like a decorative piece yet comes in so handy when I need a place to put a hot pan or pot. Looks great on my dinner table as well. These come in lots of different colors to match your existing Staub cocottes or your kitchen.

Beautiful Lily Design Brings a Smile
This cast iron trivet looks spectacular in just about any kitchen. Perfect for resting hot things and even cold things. The majolique finish of the enamel has such a rich color and shine to it that it always gets a comment or two. It's a little extravagant, sure. But it's beautiful and it brings a smile. Perfect for the Hot Staub Pieces
So if you cook with Staub pieces in the oven you know how screaming hot they can get. This trivet is perfect, deflects the heat and hold the weight of Staub perfectly. Oh and its really pretty on a table.
