Lower quality than expected, tips easily
Unfortunately we were disappointed with this fountain. To begin the instructions were difficult to follow, so it was a frustrating experience right out of the box. The fountain also had a more plaatic and hollow appearance in person, so we were also disappointed with how it did not look like the pictures online. Finally, the fountain is a tipping risk with pets and children due to it not being sturdy. The fountain worked as it should once assembled and has good height if that's what you are looking for. Overall I wouldn't recommend and wish we had gotten a different fountain.

Beautiful, Soothing Fountain
We had this fountain several years ago and loved it - was so happy to find it again on Lamps Plus. Beautiful fountain with soft waterfall sound.

Underwhelming
I found it difficult to put together by myself, you really need either 2 people or one strong one, as the pieces are heavy. The whole thing comes in 5 main pieces; the base, a cover over the base, the top cap and two pieces that make up the middle part of the fountain. The bottom panel is difficult to secure to the base cover with the included screw. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get those tight enough to hold the fountain firmly upright, it moves forward and back a little. The best I can do is lean it back. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be, but it strikes me as very insecure. The top panel piece fits into the bottom one with two slate dowels, and are supposed to be secured with screws to hold the two panels together. But the dowels are not drilled with holes, so the only thing you can do is drive the screws in far enough to hopefully hold them together, and again that makes me worry about the integrity of the fountain. After struggling to put it together, I find it completely underwhelming in the space where I intended and ultimately I regret the purchase.
