Stealth Cam® Sol-Pak 1,000-mAh Solar Battery Pack

Purchased to monitor a vacant property surrounded by less than desirable residents. Bought two cameras, the memory cards, along with the solar packs. My husband set them up in trees so we can monitor the driveway and front door areas as we have had a couple weird/ inexplicable things happen at the property that we suspected might be teens or drugheads. Anyhoo, very satisfied with the cameras. Quality is clear but particularly in daylight. Night clarity not so much unless pretty close to the cameras. We set the cameras up to push notifications hourly as a squirrel was setting off one of the cameras zipping back and forth in front of its view. So far we have been able to capture one instance of trespassing. I feel a sense of comfort knowing that the property is being remotely monitored until we have a tenant in. My only complaints about the cameras are 1) They don't seem to have a live view feed. I don't know if other stealth can products offer that. 2) There doesn't seem to be a GPS coordinate that feeds from the cameras. This would be in the event they are stolen -- being able to track them would be a cool feature. Overall, happy with the products, including the accessories purchased.

We use our camera for turkey & deer we also can check our cattle and it works great for security

The original solar pack worked flawless. Encrypt except a squirrel chewed the panel wire. Looking forward to uninterrupted power again. Thank you

I love this solar panel. It keeps my camera fully charged all the time. I likes it so much I bought a second one for another camera. Definetly worth the money.

This thing is such a game changer as we run our cams all year long. Placed the lithium cartridge in the cameras and plugged in the Sol-Pak and have zero issues with the cameras staying charged. Great accessory.

Had it out for months only had to recharge it once! It seems to hold a charge great even in -5 below weather in Indiana a week ago! Still going strong .

Battery life is good. Like being able to not have to waste money on AA batteries.

Even with minimal sun, it keeps a full charge all season!!

Just bought the mitigator cam with the solar pack at my local outdoors store and it been absolutely amazing. Definitely looking at 3 or 4 more.

So far the panels do a good job maintaining the cameras charge. I put these on two out of three cameras. The straps supplied are just ok. I used long decking screws and permanently fixed them to the trees.

Worked great for about 2 years and then stopped working. This was on 2 of them.

As advertised however it’s a lot of money for a big panel. I hope future models become smaller and cheaper.

Plenty of power to run all day and night without using batteries. Has operated in extreme heat over 100 degrees this summer. Curious how it will do in winter temps. Easy setup.

Works great needs a redesign of the cord. Had a bear rip the cord out but you can’t replace just the cord.

when it works they are great. Have had two for one year after that they stopped working and will not charge.

Sim cards are preinstalled. SD card can be formatted inside the camera. If stealthcam can fix the ONE glitch in the instructions I would rate it a solid 5*.

The solar panel was easy to install and seems to be working as advertised.

Great product

I bought 2 combo packs with cameras and solpak solar panels in October. I charged the solar panels via USB and put them in to use in a wooded area. I have not had to charge them since, even in the cold Wisconsin winter. I’m planning on purchasing more for my other cameras.

This solar charger is totally Worth It! Effective even after a couple of days of cloudy rain and showing a full charge. Uploading 200+ photos per day. Don’t think twice!
