It definitely attracted flying bugs, but it was kind of gross as they get collected in there. We don’t really have a bug problem in my home, but clearly we had some inside! It is springtime in the South so you just never know when you may get invaded! I would probably keep it in an outlet that’s not too visible or near where you eat because it is a little bit gross.

Also summer means house flies and fruit flies. I haven’t seen house flies yet so I’m curious if it’ll be strong enough.

If you're looking for the same, Stem Flying Insect Light Fly trap is for you. All you have to do is insert the stricky pad and plug the product in. The light puts off a lovely ambient blue glow which doubles as a night light. The gnats and flies are attracted to it and then stick to the trap. No chemicals, no smells no mess. This is honestly one of the most useful items in my house. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try out this STEM brand vlue light plug in insect trap, which was made for indoor use and is child resistant. I have a rental property that I am fixing back up to list again after the last tenants left. They left behind an infestation of bugs and so I thought this would be a great time to try it out. It worked amazing! I like that it comes with a refill, and that the refill boxes in general are pretty cheap. I am going to buy another light to use at my own personal home, as well. I do have a toddler, so I am very glad to have found a product that takes kids safety measures into account. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a bug problem.

The only negative is the sticky is very sticky so when you put it on you get a little bit on your fingers and it’s hard to get off.

You simply install the sticky trap, remove the paper covering the sticky section, and plug it in. It has a gentle blue light that looks like a nightlight, and you can’t see the bugs because of the frosted face. I’ve included a picture of the trap after about a month-you can see how it’s been able to catch a bunch of fruit flies without me having to do anything. You then toss the sticky card and install a new one. It’s simple, easy, and pesticide free.

This is a plug in device that attracts the flying insects in my house and they fly to the light. The bugs get caught and I can throw out and add the replacement when it’s full. It fits tons of tiny bugs like fruit flies that I get when the weather turns warm. I like to use these at home as well as when in my rv at a campground. The device is attractive to look at and takes up little space.

The sheet itself is sticky but the light doesn’t really serve any purpose. It has no scent, and after a while just seemed like a waste to keep it plugged in. Save your money there are better comparable kits out there that actually work. It’s also more pricy than other brands too. I do not recommend this product unfortunately.
