Step2 Harmony Storage Chest Rectangle Kids' Table - Charcoal Gray

I have bought this toybox for two of my grandkids. One is 3 and the other 2 and a half. They love it! The toys are in easy reach and so are their books. My granddaughter is now in a toddler bed. When she gets up in the morning, she gets what she wants and plays or reads for awhile before waking her parents. They appreciate that she entertains herself. The toybox is well made and looks good too! Easy to put together.

Great product. Directions were easy to follow. Easy assembly. Well made. Shelves and toy box also. Wonderful addition to granddaughter’s room. Looking forward to purchasing other Step 2 products for her.

My 1 yr old great grandson loves it! It looks well in my living room too! Just wish the lid was attached!!! He hasn’t quite got that figured out yet…

It has more space than I thought. My three youngest have no issues getting things from the shelf or the inside. I wish that there was something you could use to write on the board that can be purchased separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nicely put together box. It’s definitely sturdy, looks nice, and has a good capacity. My girls enjoy using the shelves as doll bunk beds, so those are constantly being used as well.

I love how easy it was to assemble, they provided the tools and detailed instructions . The toy chest is very deep and held a lot of toys and the shelves on top was very effective for toys with multiple pieces . The toy chest is also plastic on the exterior , but is made of solid wood on the inside . I loved how affordable & stylish it blends in my living room

Bought this toybox/shelf unit for our granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. Great quality, easy to put together, perfect size, and the art side of the box cover will be perfect as she grows. Love the shelves where she can have her dolls and stuffies displayed.

I really like this toy box but I wish there were more color options for the wood.

We bought this for our grandsons first birthday. Went together easy and stores quite a few of his new toys. Of course at this age he just enjoys taking everything out of it but eventually he learn some responsibility by putting his toys away

Easy assembly. Sturdy. My grandson loves it and I love the appearance. The chalk board easel is a nice added touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Harmony Toy Storage is a beautiful product. I love the look and the shelves for storing toys and or books. The only small complaint I have is the lid isn’t attached so my 18 month old gets a little frustrated trying to close it but I think as he gets older and used to the lid it won’t matter. It was very easy to set up took a little less than half hour. I definitely recommend.

It is built to last and I was able to put it together during naptime. It even came with a few spare parts. The wooden shelves and spacious box are our favorite things about this product. One thing I would change is to have the lid attach in some way. However, it will be nice to have the ability to move the lid to the floor for drawing.

The assembly process was a breeze, and I particularly appreciated the inclusion of extra screws—handy for those moments when my little "helper" misplaces one. The instructions provided were clear, contributing to a smooth setup, and the composite wood material feels remarkably sturdy. While the product met most expectations, I did encounter a slight defect in the paper holder, as illustrated in the attached pictures. However, I managed to easily file away the excess plastic to resolve the issue. One aspect that could be improved is the packaging. Considering the brand is geared towards children's toys, a more eco-friendly approach to packaging would be a welcome change. Additionally, I noticed that the drawing board lacks a secure attachment point. Although it hasn't posed a problem so far, there is a potential for it to be tossed around. Overall, I am very pleased with the product, how it looks in our space, and more importantly, my little one thoroughly enjoys it. An added bonus is that it conveniently fits popular storage bins, aiding in organizing the play area.

We assembled it two days ago in our basement and our toddler has spent hours climbing into the box and adding/removing many of her toys. I like the shelves for books and toys (our toddler also keeps adding her sippy cups to the lower shelf 😊). Our toddler is very into hiding in and behind things these days & thinks it’s hysterical. The removable chalkboard barely weighs anything and easily slides in and out, leaving tons of air on the sides and back. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about any safety concerns while she’s in this phase. This toybox holds a ton and we’ve very happy with it. Highly recommend!

The shelves are made of wood and are perfect for books, stuffed animals or small containers. I like that my child is able to reach the shelves. It has a chalkboard lid that can also be used to hang artwork! It is very sturdy but easy to move. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took me about 30 minutes to build. This is one of my favortie products from Step2!

The color is as pictured and the wood parts make it really versatile for any room. It was also really simple to build - I managed to get it done during one of my kids’ naps. The kids have already emptied it and climbed in as well, so I’d say they like it, too!

Plenty of space for toys and books especially using the extra shelves on top - and also love that it serves multiple functions with the chalkboard/easel clip on the lid. It was also pretty easy to put together. Only downside is the lid isn’t attached to anything so my 1yo has a hard time opening and closing, so we will probably just leave the lid off until they are able to maneuver it.
