Q: Most of the other stevia or monk fruit brands do and a few don’t, but does this stevia brand contain erythritol?

Since cutting sugar and artificial sweeteners from my diet, I've come to accept that the flavor of Stevia just isn't as good, but have gotten used to it. So it's fine. However, when I was recycling the box, I happened to notice that there is more than one ingredient listed. I took a closer look and found that Dextrose is the FIRST ingredient. Not only does it contain a harmful artificial sweetener, its *main* ingredient is artifical. Who knows how much Stevia is actually in it. Could be barely any. I wouldn't recommend consuming this "stevia", as it's no different than any other artificial sweetener. I found pure organic stevia powder, highest grade extract Reb-A reduced bitter aftertaste, on Amazon, which I will be switching to.

It doesn't taste all too good. Reminds me of the diet soda taste from over 20 years ago, when I last had one. WHAT'S REALLY IMPORTANT ... is that even though it's gluten free, you want to be careful. IF YOU HAVE A DAMAGED GUT biome from Celiac or an allergy ... this sweetener CAN DEHYDRATE YOU to the point of constipation. "In this case, the use of stevia disrupted the healthy microbial balance by delaying how gut bacteria communicate in the microbiome, which can often lead to problems with gas, constipation, stomach pains and other gut-related issues." (https://endomune.com/is-stevia-really-a-gut-safe-sweetener/#:~:text=In%20this%20case%2C%20the%20use%20of%20stevia,more%20evident%20in%20a%20very%20recent%20study) BE CAREFUL. Sometimes it's better to avoid calories using a different food item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of Stevia in the raw is good! However, it’s not as sweet as regular sugar, so that is something to be mindful of. If you are wanting to reduce your sugar intake while using something natural, stevia is the way to go!

Has a very nasty taste. Truvia is much better and doesn’t leave a nasty chemical taste in your mouth. This ruined two cups of coffee for me. After the second cup I tossed all the packets in the trash!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stevia In The Raw definitely gives regular sugar a run for its money in flavor. It definitely sweetened my coffee, however was a bit gritty. I kind of enjoyed it, but i know that's a deal breaker for others.
