Stila Glisten and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow - 0.153 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

Playa is my favorite color, I receive so many compliments when I wear it, such a shame it was discontinued! Bring it back, please!

Im currently wearing Ocean which i didnt buy very long ago. One thing i immediately noticed was that my product was starting to dry out a bit which i thought was bizarre since i hadnt used it yet. When i put it on, it was so pretty and easy to build. However, only 3 hours later this is what happened to my eye: streaks and patches. The product is almost worn off my eye in certain areas and i used an eye primer. I wouldnt recommend.

I always have one of these!! Kitten Kaledescope has been my favorite for a while. They're all so glittery and pretty, and they stay looking metallic and glittery all day long. The applicator is flat and thin, and perfect for adding just a little bit of glitter to your inner corners, OR adding glitter on top of an existing shadow look. Great to keep in the purse to pop some extra glitter on after work for a night out. I've repurchased this many times and will do so again!

This mqde my lids itchy. It would wear off and i could not get the color consistent.

I bought three of these in the shades Kitten Kaleidoscope, Playa, and Brook. They dried out so fast, even though I didn't keep the wand out for more than a few seconds and made sure each one was tightly closed after use. I used Kitten Kaleidoscope only three times and when I went to use it again a couple months later, it was totally dried out! These are pretty but a waste of money and I've found many other shadows that give the same results in better formulas - - including drugstore brands.

It will burn for a few seconds after applying and it may remove eyeshadow underneath. That said, it looks gorgeous and stays all day so I don't care!

Tried at store on wrist, felt fine no reaction. Bought it and placed on eyes and it did react on eyelids. After I applied it had a drying slight burning sensation after about 2 minutes. Color is pretty and staying power is amazing. But unfortunately not made for sensitive eyes allergy prone eyes.

Wore without a primer and it sparkled all day. I smudged it around with an eyeshadow brush and a little product went a long way. Will be buying more colors!

This is my 1st time buying the glisten & glow. I have always used the glitter & glow & this one I've used for a topper & its gorgeous!! It glides on the lid beautifully & doesn't crease!!

I purchased the shade "brook" and it's a very pretty color. In the light the shimmer has a blue reflect to it which looks super cool in my opinion. The only cons were that it was difficult to blend. It's easy to wipe off the color if you're not careful and can become patchy. So I'd say there was a little bit of a learning curve there. I also used it as a highlight on my cheeks. Overall, I do really like this product and will definitely be wearing more.

I bought Oasis. I'm giving up on all of these Stila liquid eyeshadows. I do not like them. The Glisten and Glow formula seemed like one I could enjoy being that the Glitter particles seemed less chunky than the Glitter and Glow ones. And that is true - the Glitter in this formula is a finer grade. But the same (big) issues I had with the Glitter and Glows years ago applies to these as well. It applies patchy and can't be blended out to look smooth. The shade Oasis is pretty enough I suppose; it's a sheer peach shade with multidimensional glitter. Nothing special, tbh. It looks exactly like a super shock Glitter shadow on the eyes except patchy and cakey. And it only gets more patchy and more cakey when I try to layer more than one coat to even it out. When it dries I can feel the dry, gritty texture on my lids. They feel like they're flaking off my lids throughout the day, and I actually think that's the case. Despite being a liquid, the glitter fallout is obnoxious. Five minutes after gently tapping the product onto my lids (no Blending the edges with a brush), the Glitter is all over my cheeks and under eyes. These are a lost cause and I will not try one again. Beats me that so many people continue to use and, apparently, love them

I 'm on my second Brook and also got Playa. Both are wonderful and make my greenish-hazel eyes look super-green (the rosy base of both shades enhances the green in my irises without making it look like I'm using rouge as eyeshadow or actual pink eyeshadow). I'm older and find the glistening effect to be subtle, but very effective. Hope Stila never stops making this.

I really want to love this Stila product, unfortunately it made my eyes itch. I will try to return but I have already used the product. I am not going to buy this again.

I love this color. It's my favorite to use against dark brown, Matte eyeshadow, in the inner corner of my eyes over eyeshadow primer. Very beautiful color and it lasts all day. I've been using it for months and I plan to buy more. I think these liquid eye shadows really elevate a look.

Extreme fun! This stuff stayed on all night dancing. It did not wipe off until I washed it later that morning.

The glisten and glow eye shadow is great anywhere you need flashes of light. And the product is very durable and beautiful.

I was really excited to try this because I wanted something with a "wet look". This product swatches nicely and leaves an opaque layer of color on your hand but, in reality, when you apply it on your eye it sheers out a lot, and working it with your fingers sheers it out even more. You're not gonna get the true-to-tube color payoff unless you apply it in layers, which seems like way too much work for a liquid eyeshadow, you can get similar sparkle with an ultraglitter supershock from ColourPop. Additionally, the color I bought, Stream, is described as a Taupe when it's definitely a rose gold, there's no coolness at all. I'm light-medium to medium and I wouldn't consider these shadows to be friendly to anyone darker than light. I bought the second darkest color and even that was still too light and gave little contrast or definition even after I built it up. Stream could work for up to medium skintones if you're just looking for a sheer wash of color.

This is my first Stila product and I'm very impressed. I'm not super into liquid eyeshadows as they're either not pigmented enough, or pigmented but very hard to work with. This was VERY easy to blend, dried quickly, and (with primer) stayed in place all day on hooded eyes. I purchased the shade Brook, and it's the perfect neutral with a light blue glitter pop/soft reflect, a great shade for blue eyes.
